Decidan OS — The code computes. The models object. You decide. · patent pending

The team you could never afford.
The decisions only you can make.

Decidan runs your books, your operations, and your marketing with a workforce of 33 named seats — and brings you only the handful of decisions that need an owner, each already worked, argued both ways, and challenged by a Red Team before you see it. The arithmetic is deterministic code, never a language model. You give the green light. Everything else just gets done.

A real Decidan Brief type, as it arrives: decided-ready — options, trade-offs, the math behind every number shown, and three independent models’ objections waiting under seal.

What we believe

Not a replacement for people.
Access to a workforce.

Most small businesses aren't choosing between people and software. There's no controller to replace, no ops manager to let go — the work simply lands on you, after hours, forever. Decidan gives you the team you'd hire if you could.

The work gets done — finally

Invoices chased, schedules kept, campaigns tested, books closed. Not by cutting anyone, but by adding the capacity you've been doing without.

Your people move up, not out

The humans on your team stop drowning in chores and spend their time on the judgment, relationships, and craft that only people can do — and share in the productivity: the same people, fewer hours, better pay, as the business grows on the same headcount.

You become the decision-maker

Owners don't fail from too little effort — they fail from too little time to think. Decidan compresses your role to the part that actually needs you: deciding.

Nothing moves without your green light

The workforce operates inside rules you set in plain language. Anything bigger comes to you as a clear choice — and if you're away, a safe default keeps things moving, always on the record.

How it works — from your side of the desk

Your day becomes decisions,
not chores.

1

Open your queue

A handful of real decisions — not a hundred tasks. Each one arrives framed: the options, the honest case for and against each, and the math behind every number, shown and sourced.

2

Give the green light

Pick an option. Your reasoning goes on the record, the workforce executes, and the same question never climbs back to your desk twice.

3

Get your evenings back

At your kid's game? Nothing freezes. Anything you don't answer in time runs its pre-agreed safe default and is flagged for your review. The business never waits — and never surprises you.

The promises

Built the way an auditor would build it.

Every proposal, decision, default, outside write and audit check lands on a per-client, hash-chained System of Record — verified nightly by an auditor that is deliberately not an AI, challenged before you decide by a Red Team of three independent models, and anchored every night to a public notary and your own inbox. Patent pending (U.S. Provisional Application No. 64/135,132).

Every number shows its work.

No black boxes. Any figure in any recommendation traces to a document or a stated assumption — and if you dispute an assumption, the whole recommendation goes back to be reworked.

Trust is earned, never assumed.

Today every agent proposes and nothing more: no agent can send, pay, post or write to your ledger. Wider authority will be earned only from a measured track record on the record — one seat at a time, on evidence. You always know exactly what runs on its own and what comes to you.

Everything on the record — including us.

Who decided what, when, and why — answerable in seconds, forever. Every night the record’s fingerprint is notarized outside Decidan and emailed to you, so not even we could quietly rewrite it. Every deploy we make is narrated in plain English and fingerprinted on your record too.

Your data is yours.

Nobody at Decidan can see your numbers. If you ever want help, you grant a visible, time-limited, revocable screen-share — your green light, literally — and it's logged on both sides.

What it runs

One OS. Three functions and a management system.
33 named seats, activated at your pace.

FINANCE FIRST

A back office that closes the books, not just records them.

  • Bank transactions categorized from your QuickBooks feed; your rulings become permanent rules
  • Receivables aged and chased; payables staged; a 13-week cash forecast every day
  • Month-end readiness checked and blockers escalated as a clear choice, never a mystery
Tally categorizer · Chase AR · Billie AP · Brooks cash forecast · Locke close runner
OPERATIONS

Delivery that keeps its promises.

  • Workload priced before it overloads; client stages, onboarding steps and close clocks watched
  • Statements chased, filed and reconciled to the register; payroll paydays verified, not assumed
  • Every service promise on a register with its exposure computed the day it slips
Booker · Skye · Trip · Porter · Ellis · Banks · Casey · Ledger · Payton · Sterling · franchisor: Harbor · Docket
SALES & MARKETING

Growth that proves itself.

  • Weekly prospect batches drafted and queued for your approval — nothing sends without a click
  • Replies read, classified and answered from your queue; buying signals scored with their source
  • Deals watched after the first conversation: new leads timed against a first-touch line, stalled deals priced push / re-price / park / close
  • Job boards, state registers and your local listings watched at the source; referral partners, events and every card you scan kept on their clocks
Piper prospecting · Echo reply desk · Cole deal desk · Hawk signals · Reed careers · Quinn filings · Marlow distress watch · Sage content · Beacon local presence · Nash partnerships · Cora coordination
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Governance that is code, not policy.

  • Warden: twenty deterministic checks every night, no AI, cannot repair
  • Rook: three models from three vendors argue against every Brief, sealed until you decide
  • Compliance calendar, CAPA register and the weekly L10 packet, from live data
Warden auditor · Rook red team · Auden calendar · Remy CAPA · Rocky L10

You don’t buy four tools — you activate one operating system, seat by seat, starting where your payback is fastest. Every seat writes to the same record and answers to the same auditor.

How the agents are held accountable — as built

Everyone else is arguing about how autonomous.
Our answer is how accountable.

Five mechanisms, each a piece of code you can inspect on your own record — not a policy statement.

1

They cannot act, only propose

Every seat is at Level 1. No agent has a write path to your ledger, CRM, mail or SMS. The worst a seat can do is be wrong where you will see it. Every write to the outside world starts with a human click — and is an event.

2

Everything is on a chained record

Runs, failures, degraded sources, proposals, Briefs, decisions, defaults, writes: each event is hash-chained to the one before it. Nothing is edited; history only grows. Late corrections by us are events too, with reason and authority attached.

3

Their numbers are not theirs

The math, the recommended option and the safe default are computed by ordinary code before any model runs. The model writes the summary from a factsheet it may not alter. If the model is missing, a template writes prose and a loud event says so.

4

Audited by something that is not one of them

Warden runs twenty deterministic checks every night — does the chain verify, did every seat that was due actually run, does every decision have its event, did every QuickBooks write land on the record, did every request for more data get an answer, was a Brief that only a person may close actually closed by one, is the clock doing the deciding, is the code that is running the code on the record, do the claims on this very page still match it, did any client name reach an outside model, are the models we pinned still offered, and is each accounting connection still on the Intuit app it belongs to — and files one attestation with the evidence. It never repairs what it finds.

5

Their judgment is challenged before you see it

Rook: three models from three vendors each read the Brief alone and file one objection, sealed by hash before you see anything, revealed on the record after you decide, then scored heeded, overruled or moot. Postponing a decision needs a real reason, three criticisms of it, and your answer.

And the record itself is watched from outside: every night its head hash is notarized through OpenTimestamps and emailed to you with the proof, and every deploy we make is refused without a plain-English narrative, fingerprinted, and recorded on your chain.

Built for the fractional era

Senior judgment, hours a week.
Decidan makes those hours count.

The smartest small businesses already lead with fractional CFOs, CMOs, and COOs — world-class judgment, a few hours a week. The problem was never their judgment; it was that their hours drowned in gathering, chasing, and preparing.

On Decidan, your fractional executive opens a queue of pre-worked decisions and decides in minutes, from anywhere. The preparation is done, the numbers are sourced, and every call lands on your company's permanent record — so you always see exactly what was decided on your behalf, and why.

And the boundaries are yours: your engagement defines precisely what they may decide and what stays with you. Decidan routes accordingly, automatically. Delegation without blur.

CFO · FIRMS

Run a firm? Run your whole book on it.

Accounting firms and fractional CFOs use Decidan to serve every client from one place — each client's decisions arriving in one queue, each within the authority that client delegated, everything recorded on both sides.

Your clients get a controller-grade function they could never hire. You get to serve three times the clients at the standard you refuse to compromise.

CMO

Fractional CMO? Every growth call, pre-worked.

Campaign budgets, channel experiments, content calendars — the marketing engine runs all week, and what reaches you are the real calls: where the next dollar goes, which test to scale, which claim needs your judgment before it ships.

Every option arrives with its numbers sourced and its case argued both ways. You decide the creative and the high-reach calls; everything below your line runs inside rules you set.

COO

Fractional COO? Operations that escalate honestly.

Capacity crunches, supplier switches, deadline collisions — each one reaches you priced as options: reassign, authorize overtime, renegotiate — with the cost of each computed before you ever see it.

You decide in minutes from anywhere, the floor keeps moving, and every call lands on the record with your reasoning attached. Ten hours a month runs like a full-time presence.

Decidan.from the Spanish — “let them decide”
Where it comes from

Decidan was born inside an accounting firm — built by a practicing CPA who closes real books for real businesses and lives under real audit standards. We run our own firm on it first: books, prospecting, replies, filings, local presence, all on one record.

That origin shapes everything: verification before convenience, records before promises, and a hard rule that machines do the work while humans keep the judgment. The name says it in one word — the agents operate; let the humans decide.

Straight answers

What owners ask us.

Is this going to replace my staff?

For most SMBs there's no one to replace — the work either lands on you or doesn't get done. Decidan adds the workforce you never had. Your people keep the roles that need a human: relationships, craft, judgment — and finally get the time to do them well.

I'm not technical. Can I actually run this?

Yes. You set the rules in plain language — "keep chasing any invoice under 90 days and $2,500; anything past that comes to me as a choice" — and the system holds everyone, human and agent, to them. If you can write an email, you can govern Decidan.

What happens when the AI isn't sure?

It stops and asks — as a clear, honest choice with the case for and against each option, never a vague "what should I do?" And when a question is answered once, it's remembered: the same question doesn't come back.

Who can see my financials?

You, and the people you explicitly authorize. Decidan's own support sees account health only — never your numbers — unless you grant a visible, time-limited screen-share you can end with one click. Every such session is logged for you, permanently.

Can I see what the AI models argued?

Yes — after you decide. Three models from three vendors object to every Brief; their objections are sealed by hash before you see anything so nobody can rewrite them later, revealed with model names once you have decided, and scored against what you actually did.

Could Decidan change my record?

Not quietly. Every event is hash-chained; every night the fingerprint of your record is notarized outside Decidan and emailed to you with the proof attached. Any later change to anything before that point produces a different fingerprint than the one in your inbox.

What does it cost?

One simple subscription for the OS, scaled to the workforce you run — never per human seat. Early-access partners get founder pricing. Ask us.
