QuickBooks Disconnect
Disconnecting takes one click, works from either side, and stops all reading of your accounting data immediately. Decidan’s QuickBooks access is read-only and exists only while you say so.
From QuickBooks
In QuickBooks Online: Settings → Apps → Decidan → Disconnect. Intuit notifies us and our stored tokens for your company are revoked and deleted immediately.
From Decidan
Your organization’s Principal opens Settings → Connections → QuickBooks → Disconnect in the Decidan console. Tokens are revoked with Intuit and deleted immediately.
What happens next
- Either path stops all further reading of your accounting data at once.
- Data already computed into your record remains part of your record — it belongs to your organization, and you may export it or ask us to delete it per Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
- Reconnecting later is a fresh authorization; nothing reconnects without your explicit consent.
